In 1975, Valve Research & Manufacturing Company was formed to develop highly specialized valves and manifold systems for the aerospace, oceanographic and off-shore oil exploration industries.
Some of our first products included a cartridge valve used on the flight control system aboard the BAe146 commercial transport. In addition, we designed and manufactured solenoid valves and manifold packages which were used to control manipulator arms aboard the Ametek Scorpio ROV submersible.
In 1983, we moved operations into our new facility in Deerfield Beach, Florida. All engineering, prototype and production manufacturing, assembly, and testing is performed in-house.
Within the last few years, we have developed a series of valves which have gained wide acceptance in the industry. Some recent applications include the following: soleniod valves for fuel control systems aboard Boeing 747, 757, 767 and 777 commercial aircraft; landing gear valves for the Beech Starship; and hydraulic valves utilized on military tracked vehicles.
Today, Valve Research has a line of standard valves which address your industry's needs. We also have the capability to design and develop custom valves to suit your special application requirements.
